Giving Opportunities

When you donate to St. André Health Care, you support our important mission to provide our residents with the best possible care, resources and activities. Your gift goes toward enhancing the spiritual, physical, social and emotional well-being of our residents, team members and the surrounding community.

There are several ways that you can support us:

  • Make a gift. Donate now using our secure website. You may designate a specific program or service to support. You have the option to make a one-time or recurring (monthly) gift. (Otherwise, mail-in your gift.)
  • Leave a Legacy. There are various Planned Giving options so you can add St. André Health Care as an important part of your final wishes. Whether it’s a charitable gift annuity or bequest, we are honored to help you meet your personal and philanthropic goals. Contact us to discuss further.
  • Donate stock. If you have owned stocks for more than a year, you may transfer them to St. André Health Care and donate the proceeds. Reach out to us to find out how to start this process.

And, please consider making a gift in honor or memory of a loved one. Giving is also an excellent way to say “thank you” to one of the employees who has made a difference in the life of your family member or friend.

To learn about other giving opportunities or for assistance with a donation, please contact Susan Oldrid, Executive Director of Philanthropy, at 508.728.1843.

October 4, 2021 - On Wednesday, September 29, we were cleared by the CDC.  We had an employee test positive for COVID-19 on September 12.  Upon the positive finding, we tested all employees per CDC recommendations.  All residents on the 2nd floor neighborhood were also tested 2x and no one contracted the virus from the potential exposure.

We are currently open to visitors from 8a-5p.  We do require that all visitors wear masks inside the facility and on the St. Andre grounds and socially distancing is still required.
