Throughout her nursing career, Utopia has been fortunate to care for patients in Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Maine, gaining experience in hospice, behavioral health, and long-term care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2020. Utopia found her true passion working in long-term care. She loves getting to know each resident, hearing their stories, and building meaningful relationships with the people and families we have the privilege to serve.
As Director of Nursing, believes best leaders are those who are present, approachable, and willing to lead by example. Supporting her team is one of the most important parts of her role – understanding when caregivers feel valued and empowered they provide exceptional care. Creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home, while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence every day is Utopia’s goal.
