Meet Our Team

Stephen joined St. André Health Care in June 2015 and serves as the President and Administrator for the facility. Stephen is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in General Management. Prior to joining St. André’s Health Care, Stephen began his nursing home career with Kindred Healthcare in 2011. Prior to that, Stephen had been working in the high-tech field based out of the Boston area focusing on photolithography services. He held multiple positions with the same organization over the years mainly with a focus on sales, customer service and marketing.

Tricia has been a hard working member of the St. André team since 2013 when she started as a dietary aide in the kitchen. She then moved on to serve as a Cook Supervisor and a certified nursing assistant as she was finishing her education. She has also served in the role as Assistant Clinical Coordinator before taking on her current position as Director of Nursing. Tricia has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Maine – Fort Kent.
