St. André Health Care has been a long-trusted provider of senior care services to the residents of Biddeford, Maine. We live our mission of service through community outreach projects in the neighboring area. We serve as a clinical training site for students pursuing college-level healthcare career programs.
Green Initiatives
At St. André Health Care, we believe it is part of our mission to be good stewards of our environment and resources, and to that end, we have instituted a number of “Green Initiatives.” Eliminating equipment containing mercury, reducing chemical usage, promoting recycling, and purchasing Energy Star certified appliances and equipment all illustrate our commitment to protecting our environment.
Our interdisciplinary Green Team, working with the Practice Green Health Guidelines, has been helping St. André Health Care win three Practice Green Health Awards, including the 2014 Partnership for Change Award.
