St. Andre’ Health Care, Biddeford, Maine, has named Tricia Conway, LNHA, RN, BSN, RAC-CT, as its new president and administrator.
Tricia brings more than 13 years of experience with St. Andre’, having served in a variety of leadership roles throughout the organization. She began her career as a cook supervisor before becoming long-term care nursing manager and later director of nursing, where she led a team of more than 85 nurses, medication technicians and certified nursing assistants.
Throughout her tenure, Tricia has helped lead quality improvement initiatives, strengthen regulatory compliance and foster collaboration across departments to enhance resident care. She recently completed Maine’s Administrator in Training program and earned her Nursing Home Administrator license, preparing her for this next step in her leadership.
